You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. CoachMBlog is not responsible for consequences of inaccurate information provided during registration or booking.

Keep your password and account details confidential. Notify CoachMBlog promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We may require identity verification for certain actions.

Accounts and subscriptions are personal and may not be transferred, assigned or sublicensed without prior written consent from CoachMBlog.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at the contact details provided. We will take reasonable steps to contribute and secure the account.

CoachMBlog reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that present security risks, or that are inactive or otherwise problematic. Notice will be provided when feasible.

Services

CoachMBlog may modify, pause, or discontinue features or services at any time. Changes to paid services, including fees or scope, will be communicated to affected users with reasonable notice when possible.

Availability of consultation slots and response times may vary. Scheduling is subject to coach availability and confirmed only after booking is accepted. CoachMBlog does not control third-party platform outages or internet connectivity.

User Conduct Rules

Users must follow basic conduct rules when using CoachMBlog and participating in consultations. The following actions are prohibited:

• Using the service for unlawful activities or to infringe third-party rights.
• Abusive, harassing, defamatory or threatening behavior toward the coach or other users.
• Submitting fraudulent information during booking or payment processes.
• Recording or redistributing consultations without explicit written consent.
• Circumventing technical restrictions or attempting to access administrative interfaces.
• Posting spam, unsolicited promotions or content unrelated to the agreed consultation scope.
• Misrepresenting affiliation with CoachMBlog or presenting content from the service as your own.

User Content

Content you submit via contact forms, messages, or during a consultation may be considered User Content. You retain rights to your submissions subject to the license granted below.

You retain ownership of any original content you provide to CoachMBlog. By submitting content you affirm you have the necessary rights or permissions to share it.

By submitting User Content you grant CoachMBlog a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of delivering services, internal administration, and improving offerings. This license does not transfer ownership.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not share sensitive personal data about third parties without consent. CoachMBlog is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of user-provided content.

Requests to remove User Content can be made by contacting support. CoachMBlog will review and respond to removal requests in accordance with applicable law and operational considerations.

Intellectual Property

All original content on CoachMBlog.club, including text, images, templates and course materials authored by the coach, is protected by intellectual property law. Use of site content for commercial purposes requires prior written permission.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from copyrighted materials without authorization.
• Branding, logos and service names on the site are owned by CoachMBlog or licensed third parties and may not be used without permission.
• Limited personal, non-commercial use of blog content is permitted provided original attribution to CoachMBlog is maintained.

Paid Services

Paid services include consultations, coaching packages and any paid digital products offered through CoachMBlog. Specific service descriptions, pricing and booking instructions are provided on the site or through official communications.

Prices are stated in the currencies indicated at checkout and exclude any applicable taxes unless specified. Fees apply per booking or subscription term as displayed during purchase.

Payments are processed through the payment providers offered at checkout. You must provide valid payment details and authorize the charges required to book a service. CoachMBlog does not store full payment card details.

Subscriptions, if offered, will include information on billing cycle, renewal and cancellation. You are responsible for managing subscription settings and authorizing recurring payments as noted at sign-up.

Refund policies for paid services are described at the point of sale. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and processed in accordance with the stated policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Cancellations and rescheduling of consultations should follow the instructions provided in booking confirmations. Specific notice periods may apply and are stated during booking.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to purchases under local law. CoachMBlog may collect and remit taxes where required by law.

CoachMBlog may update prices for services. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless otherwise communicated and agreed in writing.

Failure to pay for services may result in cancellation or suspension of access. Outstanding balances must be resolved before new bookings are accepted.

Disclaimer

Content and consultations provided by CoachMBlog are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on professional experience but are not a substitute for specialized professional, legal, business or medical advice. Users should evaluate applicability to their specific circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachMBlog and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the site or services. Communications

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, users and CoachMBlog agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support. If informal resolution is not reached, disputes may be resolved through negotiation or legal processes under the governing law clause.
